Well, here we are, 20 minutes away from the start of the 2017 NFL Draft, and I haven't made time yet to post my views on how the Browns should approach this year's draft. (As I haven't for the last 3 years.) :-( Therefore, I'll do an outline of the picks I would aim to make, and flesh things out with my reasoning in the coming days.

Round 1

(1) Mitch Trubisky QB North Carolina
(12) Reuben Foster ILB Alabama

Round 2

(33) Tim Williams OLB Alabama
(52) Pat Elflein C Ohio St

Round 3

(65) Josh Reynolds WR Texas A&M

No trade down and no Garoppolo! Might have to trade up to get Foster. Shouldn't have to go to higher than 8 or 9, so if I'm giving a 2018 second rounder, I need something else back than just the move-up.
